[ARC5] Capacitor C-5 in BC-454

Hello.
I'm not sure I completely understand the problem.
If you have 230V one 3 and 5 of V3, you have no
tube cathode path to ground. This is supplied in
installation by the gain control in the control head
to ground. You can connect a 25K pot between
rear pin 3 or front pin 1 to ground as a gain
control and you will then have proper voltages
at those tube pins. C5 is not often bad.
