[ARC5] [Milsurplus] Horizontal loop on German vehicles

I believe NVIS propagation accounts for the good results the state Forestry Departments got with their SPF and such radios, operating in the 3 MHz band, about 2 watts AM, and rather low halfwave or off center fed wire antennas.
