Here's another one. If you have a BC-348 with

cooling openings

6 volt conversion of heater string

off-on switch in former dial light control



You may have one of these. Also interesting that at this time, U.S. Gov't was partnering

with commercial enterprise to sell off surplus stocks. My guess is that the Gov't and these

large companies found they just couldn't get the money they wanted and expected for

this surplus stuff, so they gave up on it and the gov't just sold it off as lots to anyone.
