[ARC5] YE transmitter

WOW. Many years ago, in the early 1980s, there was a surplus store in Seattle in an ancient
red brick former brewery, "Washington Liquidators". My friend Greg would go there and buy
military connectors. Search thru a big box and connectors fifty cents each. They had a YG 
transmitter standing there looking not used. I always thought it should be somewhere else.
But I'd guess it went to the smelter.
