[ARC5] Alligator clip leads

Folks,

What I do is make my own clip leads using minigrabber ends and Belden 24 
gauge very flexible test wire. Downside is that the wire is only 
available in 100 foot spools for $135 each, red or black. If someone 
bought spools and sold 25 foot or smaller cuts, that would greatly 
reduce the cost.
