then you spend hours digging through the pile and untangling
to find what you need.  Here's a suggestion:
Get some plastic totes.
Label them RF, Data, Audio, Test Leads, Power and Scrap.
Sort your cables into the bins.
Find the cable you need in seconds without the frustration.
