[ARC5] SCR-183 Transmitter: Essential Knowledge and Tips for Revival, Part One

Got three working BC-230s transmitters out in the barn.
One has the "stock" VT-25/VT-52 tubes.  One has 6AQ5, one 5763.
Got to get them on the bench this weekend and recreate the data
that was in the notebook.  Necessary biasing changes differ
with tube type.  P.S. Don't waste time with 6S4.  It looks like
Arnold Schwarzenegger, but it's really PeeWee Herman.
