[ARC5] (OT) Another marine radio on the ham bands

Lots, if not most, of folks in the various iterations of
the current US Air Force were not fliers!  Failure to
mention any particular aircraft means absolutely nothing!

This particular person didn't mention the aircraft he flew at any time in conversation or anything else that was very specific.
Most vets mention the aircraft before they even say what service. Navy flyers will also include the carrier as well. They seem to identify with the aircraft almost like a person because they were "married to it" for several years.

I know this is this is a subtle observation, but it's been my experience when having such conversations.
My BS detector is usually pretty good, and this guy seemed "off" to me. That's not to say that I'm infallible, though...
