[ARC5] Another marine radio on the ham bands

Hi Bob Et. Al.  I echo what Bart said..Your website is very interesting...
Now I have to go find the article I read about a Russian radio that was
found buried in a cache in Virginia near Wash DC...
I particularly liked the sub-section on why the 6AC7 is the tube of choice
as an osc/buffer.  Well explained, that is a keeper for me...
