[ARC5] Looking for two black FT-230-Adapters for two US Navy ARC-5 receivers.

Mark, not being at all well-versed in ARC5, knowledge, I am attaching a
picture of an adapter I have presently mounted in a  'BC-453'. I have seen
it referred to as an 'audio Adapter'.  Is this what you might be looking
for?
