[ARC5] WTB: 803 Socket

I've decided to go ahead and replace the 813 in my TBW-5 with an 803 and
need a tube socket for the 803.

I measured the distance between mounting holes at about 1 7/8 inches on a
side, perhaps a bit less.

The existing ceramic socket for the 813 is 2 3/4 inches per side, but that
is not a critical dimension for the 803 socket.     The mounting holes are.
