>From personal experience: These few are possibly leaking air at the seals and no longer useable. They can be tested with just momentary filament voltage and if there is a flash it is a display piece.
RCA 8166 or 4-1000A (2 ea.) 7.5V at 21A filament
     RCA 815 6.3V/12.6V @ 1.6/.8A
     GE 211 VT-4-C  10V@ 3.25A
