The 832 was essentially a really short 829.
The 832 was also used in the ARC-1. Two, in fact. I always thought it was a neat little tube.
The 829B makes a really superb 100 watt amp for 2 meters. There is an article on it in one of
the ARRL Handbooks, and also in the ARRL's VHF Handbook.
