[ARC5] Old headsets for sale

In conversations with a few hams on the list, someone asked if I had any
old headphones - just the old generic 1K ohm types.  I said 'yes' and that
I would dig them out, test them and offer them here.

I found I had a total of 4 headsets and two(2) Y-cables with terminations -
all shown in the picture.


The two older headsets (the two older ones shown in the middle) are NOT
operational - they are repairable or good for parts.  Both of them have
open coils - the fine wire on the coils has been broken where they attach
to the terminals. One pair is a 'no brand' and the other is a 'Brandes'
Superior Match Tone.

The two working headphones are on the left - both are Trimm Professional.
One has a single earpiece (measures 2K ohms) and the other has dual
earpieces (measures 4K ohms). Both were tested with an audio signal and
seem to work fine. The single earpiece headset has a probe on one lead and
a male pin on the other and, IMHO, the most incredibly uncomfortable
headband! The dual headset has pin jacks on it.

There is also two Y-cables: connections for dual earpieces on one end and a
pair of pin jacks on the other. Cloth covered and litz wire in nice
condition.

I have more pictures if anyone wants.  Price: $35 for everything with
shipping (US Only) included. Any questions, comments, etc please respond
