[ARC5] Getting back on the email list?

First step is to log into QTH.NET, go to the list or lists in question and
check your email/message setting preferences.  Also look for a comment
saying that mail sent to your account of record frequently bounces or was
considered spam.  Also, I'll comment that I had to change the settings
regarding what to do with your replies.  For some reason, many or maybe all
of my replies were being for some strange reason bounced by cs.com.  In
order to keep from frequently getting unsubscribed, I had to change all of
the lists so that they sent an acknowledgment instead of the actual reply.
The ACK messages seem never to bounce.  If that doesn't all look OK, fix it.
If it looks OK, log into your mac.com account and check your spam trap.
That is something that you should do frequently anyway.  I check my account
on AOL.com daily as I found that several times a week, I was finding one or
two messages in spam that shouldn't have been. And I just happened to notice
that my copy of your post came from arc5-bounces at mailman.qth.net.
