That sure looks like one to me!! Maybe 2 cycle: one tank for gas, one for oil...?

Also, the Bendix rig in front, and a GF transmitter on the right, control boxes, dynamotor in 
front of the Bendix, mic near the GF. Boy! All kinds of good stuff in that photo.
