Thanks for the link, but I'm aware of it.
In fact, I appear on the bottom of the page, credited for the ATR-5 manual. 
The page doesn't have any information (nor has the manual) as to what RCAF aircraft it was used on. The webpage only mentions that the Canadian ATR-5 is not to be confused with the Australian ATR-5, which is a completely different radio, which was used on the RAAF Boomerang aircraft.
The Boomerang was an Australian designed and built fighter, manufactured from 1942 to 1945, used in the Pacific theater. See:
