Not just the racks.  The shock mounts also.  And the cabling. And don't forget a decent power supply. Maybe it will spur a cottage industry of parts recreation and radio restoration. But how much you want to bet the ARRL will continue to ignore everything other than the manufacturers of the latest and greatest wiz-bang stuff.
