[ARC5] Waking up Command Receivers

Hi Gordon,

I can roll my own but there a lot of people who believe they cannot. 
Your offer sounds reasonable for those people. If I was going to make 
either of those today I would probably spend more on just the parts and 
not including the value of my time. Yours is 'plug n play'.
