[ARC5] Tubes in the BC-375?

BC-191 and BC-375 use four, not three, type 211/VT-4Cs and 1 type 10Y/VT-25.  211 MO, 211 PA, 2 211 Class B modulators.  10Y speech amp/MCW tone and side tone oscillator.
