I've been working on a Type 12 UHF set for the
last week or so. So I have the manuals out.
Yes on the Type 12. Both the military and civilian
manuals for the Type 12 show a K-12 relay box, which
allows for the switching between two control boxes in
two cockpits(the manual's wording). But other than the
schematic and wiring diagram for the K-12, the books
do not show any hookup or system diagram. The military
book shows a similar item to the one on eBay, but not
exactly the same. Same function. The eBay item looks
like it is to mount on the front of the receiver, the
book item looks like it has 3 cable fittings.
Seeing what they're asking for it, sure glad I don't need
one.
But if anyone needs a K-12 relay box, I have one and
am not going to use it.
