[ARC5] BC-611 Production numbers...now throat mics

I found that British throat mics made excellent pickups for string basses. I
still have a pair of them available, complete with webbing strap and buckle.

any German mics - just Japanese, British, and the American T-30, along with
the normal handheld mics like the T-17 for comparison.)  There's all sorts
of interesting curves in there to provide some context about relative
intelligibility.
