[ARC5] [Milsurplus] Getting Old Suuuuuucks...

Have you ever gone to some room in your house, and when you got there, 
you couldn't remember why you went there?  So you retrace your steps 
back to where you started, figure it out, and then start all over 
again.  Sometimes this involves going up and down a flight of stairs a 
second time.  This can be annoying, but what the heck, at age 86, I need
