[ARC5] anybody know what the attachment limit is on this list?

 On my official QTH reject notice, it said max allowed is 246K total.I don't know why it's set so low. In my quest for info the QTH site said it was owner selectable up to 10M.Most emails will take at least 5MB these days...

As I remember from a discussion here some time ago, the limit is 250 MB.
