[ARC5] 80 KHZ IF

Not at all uncommon for the high-end of a model range in that era to have a
low final IF. Those short wave radios were double and sometimes triple
conversion. I used a Hammalund HQ-170 way back when that had triple
conversion with IFs of 3035, 455, and 60.
