[ARC5] Looking for NOS BC603 parts

I'm restoring this BC603 which is in pretty good shape, except for a few items.The front panel bat handle toggles have seen better days but the size is critical for the space.The tune/op switch is an odd beast. I guess it could be considered a single throw double pole.However when one side is on the other side is off.Body size is 3/4 inch
Power and inter phone are just single pole single throw , body 3/4 inch
squelch is another strange one . looks like a standard double pole double throw, but missing one of the center wiper terminals. i surmise from the measurements that they are simply using the 'unused side as terminal solder connections, Body size is 1 1/8 "
Speaker switch is a single pole double throw with a 1 1/8 body.

I also need a good tip on what to do about the shrunken rubber roller on the thumb wheel that is supposed to rotate the dial. retread?
