Mike should try to get a refund for the "BC-611M"...however these rudimentary "rules" will save you time and money:

-Do NOT bid/buy anything if the seller does not respond to your question(s).

-If you ignore #1 and win, do NOT pay until you've gotten required information. Much easier to cancel sale than ship back and try to get refund.

-It's obvious the "BC-611M" was a mock-up. Carefully study the photos - several times.

-It's also obvious the seller is clueless. Clueless newbies who answer messages - continue the dialog. Clueless newbies who ignore you? Do not bid.

-Ask questions of the world's experts on military surplus right here on these lists.
