The listing is not coherent. The label says Grant's Pass OR while the listing says country of manufacture = Vietnam.
This listing had big red flags all over it. The bottom piece shows no way to open.

( Mike, the antenna goes out today. I mistakenly thought the Post Office now accepted UPS drop-offs and wasted
time there. There is some text on internet that says UPS returns can or will be able to be dropped off at Post Office. )
