[ARC5] Resistance BC-453, BC-454

It is common for composition resistors to increase in resistance value quite considerably over a long period of time.  I worked on a GRC-9 receiver and found all but a very few resistors had increased in value so much that they were well outside the tolerances.  I have a TS-34-AP I acquired in 1982 and found that while the tubes were all Okay all the 2W resistors had almost opened up.
 
However note that given the small currents involved it is not uncommon for such resistance excursions in tube type gear to have little effect on actual performance.
