[ARC5] 10 Meter Command Transmitter conversion ?

I found tis beast in my storage. The basics are a 5 - 7 MHz transmitter with a reabeled tuning dial. The original numbers were eradicated and a very small part of the tuning scale is marked for 10M freqs. Looking inside tho it looks still MOPA. The roller is gone and an output link goes to two pushee connectors on the front. If you say it's just a VFO, you're wrong, cuz in the link to front panel is an RF ammeter. So how did they get to 29 MHz from the osc freq ?
