[ARC5] A.C. Modified BC-348

I grew up in Lima Ohio, and spent a lot of time hanging around Fair Radio.
They made a drop in power supply for the 348, No mods other than getting
120 VAC to it.  It had a 24 volt filament output thus the 25Z5 indirect
filament rectifier for the B+ on the 24 vac string for the other
filaments.  I found a new, in the box, one a few years ago and gave it back
to Phil at Fair Radio, Roy who was an amateur, sat in the store soldering
