[ARC5] MT-164/ART-13 dynamotor mount

I've had several of these pass through here over the years, but I never 
paid much attention to their markings.  All of them have been made of 
stainless steel, IIRC.  Looking at the three left over (two of which are 
supporting DY-17s in the rig), I was surprised to find that two of the 
three had no discernible nomenclature tags on them, while the only 
unpainted one I've seen had the nomenclature engraved on the top front 
of the mount - photo below.  I was under the perhaps mistaken memory 
that the black painted ones had maybe a water decal on them at one 
time.  Does anyone recall?
