[ARC5] Way OT -- SX-28

-Superb classic boat anchor design
-About as good as you could get performance at the time - maybe the best
-Full functionality - every needed function. 
-Still restorable to original performance
-Absolute top of the heap classic look and feel. Almost no other receiver looks and feels like an SX-28

PS: is anyone looking for a same-period RME receiver?
