My typo.  Obviously that should have been R-22.

No, the R-24/ARC-5 just like all other A.R.C. BCB receivers covers 0.52 to 1.50 MHz.  The most distinguishing characteristic of the Type 12 R-22 is its unique BCB coverage from 0.54 to 1.60 MHz.  The Type 12 C-57 control panel dial does not match the R-24/ARC-5 dial calibration.

You sent me by email about 15 years ago (IIRC) the only R-22-specific documentation I've ever seen...the schematic.   (Much thanks!) I have it printed out in my records, but as yet today have not located the pdf file you sent.
