[ARC5] RCA 75576 Transistor

 I think that might be a "partial" mfr number .Nothing closes to a TO220 comes up on search- even on the obsolete industrial parts sites.
One you verify that it's bad, it should be very had to find a sub- especially if it's a push pull where there is two of the same type. Pull the good one and put it on a curve tracer or transistor tester to get some specs.
