[ARC5] available Command Sert (and other) tech manuals

Dear Gordon,

We appreciate your work over the years!

I am the archivist at the California Historical Radio Society and *de facto*
librarian. Are these manuals still available?  Some relate to equipments we
have and some are more generally historically useful. We'd be happy to pay
shipping, etc.
