[ARC5] re-key Cannon connectors

You can re-key the older type of Cannon-type connectors such as the MS-3102 and MS-3106. The connectors usually have a a letter on the end of the part number that identifies the keying. You can remove the snap ring that holds the insert in the shell and file a new slot in the plastic insert that enables it to slip back into the shell with different keying. Some of the connectors even have the appropriate spot to file the new slot marked with letters corresponding to the letter used on the part number.
For the later type of connectors that began to be used in the 1970's and that employ multiple different keys in the locking ring, it is far more complex. You may be able to file down one of the keys and get it to fit a different socket but the insert position will be rotated relative to what it is supposed to be.
