Scott, what I would do is go on antiqueradios.com and put your 'want' on the classifieds forum.
If you're not a member, it's easy to join and *does not* result in a spam wave.
I don't know EICO, but perhaps a look at an EICO catalog or online photos would tell you if the same
knobs were EICO - generic and were used on other EICO equipment.
