[ARC5] Post-War R-13 VHF (came in 12 and 24V versions)

Sure wish the later A.R.C. Type 12 sets had retained the local frequency
dial. It couldn't have been that much of a cost saving plus doesn't a dial
make it easier to set up the control box accurately?

Imagine if the SCR-274N & ARC-5 receivers had been designed with no local
dials. After WWII, 98% would have been just stripped for parts.
