[ARC5] BC-348 tuning rate and article

Ideas, ideas.... I just bought an SDRplay from HRO. Its pretty amazing to someone who is just now getting into such things. Time was, those of use who actually used ALR-9 and such, thought it wonderful. That box, given a chance, will run rings around the old stuff.
