[ARC5] T-23/ARC-5 VHF Transmitter

I have had a few inquiries as to asking price.  Honestly, I don't know what would be a FAIR price to seller and buyer.  There is currently a T-23 and MT-69 rack on eBay with a B-I-N price of $142.50.  I can include a slightly modified (5-pin connector replaced with an Amphenol 86CP-7 7 pin male plug on rear panel) to make a package at $135 plus shipping.  Would that seem reasonable?
