[ARC5] How delivery services treat our radio packages

I totally agree with that approach (it is the same approach used by, for
example, Honeywell Aerospace) but the problem is finding how to find
someone or some place that offers that service. I don't believe there is
any place in the Kansas City area that provides it.  It is the way to do
it, it does not take much (a small capital investment for sure) but, darn
it, I wish someone would make it happen!!
