-Hue Miller-----------------I think you're right, Hue. One can find many examples of ATA and ARC5 transmitters marked as having been deployed. The most common mark is in white ink, "RT" and a number, both enclosed in a circle- the stamp of the radio technician who installed it in an aircraft. I have never seen deployment markings or wear patterns on any of the MF ARC-5 transmitters or their accessories655. All except those few which have been "ham-mered" appear "new old stock." Whatever those who had them built had in mind, it does not appear to have happened.73 Dave AB5S
