[ARC5] Possible Radio Sale

Couldn't find anything on him online. If it's not an in person, cash 
deal, then I would suggest cashiers check and only shipping after 
verification the check is both real and good, or by a postal money 
order. I never have a problem with someone that doesn't know me or 
hasn't dealt with me asking for any of these methods. I've dealt with a 
few people that are fine with regular checks and waiting until they 
clear before shipping too.
