That is the MN-26LB.  It's pretty common because it was USAAF-procurred as the AN/ARN-11.

MN-26LB (a.k.a. AN/ARN-11, but no JAN nomenclature shown)
  200 to  410 kHz
  550 to 1200 kHz
 2900 to 6000 kHz (No DF)

There is a rarer MN-26 also with an HF band 3:

MN-26Y
  150 to  325 kHz
  325 to  695 kHz
 3400 to 7000 kHz (No DF, no 3105 coverage)

The most common MN-26 has no HF:

MN-26C
  150 to  325 kHz
  325 to  695 kHz
  695 to 1500 kHz

There was no MN-26 with more or less than three bands.
