Prof. Lee,

As faculty at Stanford, you likely have well developed library research skills. Add to that the abilities of your Inter Library Loan Specialist. 'Want to read a book held at a college in Europe? A request from Stanford might get them to send it.

My local library ILL person found in Maine copies of two books I'd been wanting to read for years and priced by booksellers above my comfort level. She had them mailed for me. (Ben of Old Monhegan was the costlier of the two.)

PS: I just acquired a Pickett Model N-16ES Electronic Slide Rule, the most complicated and capable of the various rules made for electronics. I'm beginning an adventure in refreshing my long dormant memory. (So, how does a pi-network function, really?)
