I would visit an online bookseller and search for author = Fritz Trenkle. He wrote a number of books on electronic signaling from WW1 to the 1960s.
For WW2 interest, I would look for some key word like " Band 1 ", "Band 2 ", and " Band 3 ".
He wrote this 3 volume set on WW2 equipment. Actually, if I recall, these are mostly ground equipment. These are out - of - print
since late 1970s but they do cycle thru the pre-owned ( " pre-read " ? ) market. They are auf Deutsche sprache only but are also copiously
illustrated. If you know a little reading German you will be able to figure out most of it.
There are a couple others besides this series, one on "Funkpeil und Horch - Verfahren" ( direction finding and intercept ) and another on
"Funkstoerverfahren" radio countermeasures.
The prices range from 2 to 3 digits. I think these are pretty fine books to have.

>Hue,
Do you have a recommendation for a good book or site where German WWII comm gear is covered in detail (and reliably)?
Thanks in advance.
