[ARC5] [Milsurplus] Radio on the Frontlines: WWI and WWII | DPLA

There were a great many officers in World War 1, who did not trust this newfangled thing called radio. There was a great deal of resistance to it in both the Army and the Navy. That a particular officer would entrust this information to Runners rather than the radio really wouldn't surprise me much.
