[ARC5] BC-348R - fair price?

Hi Joe,

Those are the guys I think of when I even look at my command receivers. 
I don't have a 348. Apparently you have kidnapped mine <evil grin>. I 
have no room to complain about your theft of my 348. I have three 
BC-453/R23 command receivers besides my own so I own four. I suppose I 
am a hoarder too. I recapped a couple of those for other hams and my 
shop then resembled a Q5er/ARC5 nest :)
