[ARC5] BC-348R - fair price?

The ones we see at CHRS are usually much modified, but far from trashed. I
recall selling 4 of them over the years in as-is condition for $20 to $50
at our flea markets. None of the military surplus gear does well at our
venues and most are too much of a hassle to ship. Kinda sad.
